Bringing Real Attributes to Society
What we do and who we are...
About Us
Bringing Real Attributes to Society (B.R.A.T.S.), this is the youth group for the National League of Postmasters. The B.R.A.T.S. purpose is to educate and inform members about democracy, leadership and responsibility. In the process most members create life long friendships with people all across the nation. At convention the B.R.A.T.S. hosts a variety of activities to partake in, including but not limited to pool parties, pizza parties, scavenger hunts, museum visits, visits to local landmarks, and generally on the last day of convention we elect a board who is in charge of planning activities for the following year. The B.R.A.T.S. encompasses children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, etc., of active or retired postmaster of the league. B.R.A.T.S. members must be between the ages of 6 and 21. In the past I have served as B.R.A.T.S. National Vice President and National Secretary/Treasurer, as well as Wisconsin State President. This year for the national board I am serving as the Secretary/Treasurer as well as the Raffle committee chairperson. I am also serving as Wisconsin State President. I would encourage you to register your “BRAT” for convention this year. We have a lot of fun and exciting activities planned for the week.
See you there!
